Analog Elegance 3D Animated: Fryderyk’s Revival
Unitra is a brand with soul and history, which has been playing first fiddle in the world of analog sound since the 1970s. Unitra not only produced turntables, but was a symbol of quality and passion for analog sound, accompanying Polish music lovers in their daily rituals. Reborn anew, the brand carries tradition, but with a modern edge and the ambition to create equipment that connects generations. It is from this love of sound and aesthetics that the Unitra Fryderyk GSH-630 turntable was created — an analog gem inspired by a legendary model, with design refreshed like the best vintage classic, yet thoroughly modern on the inside.
Ekstrakt was responsible for creating the 3D animation for the new Fryderyk. This is our story about a product that reminds us that real magic lies in the details, and the analog rhythm can still capture hearts. The animation was produced as promotional material, highlighting not only the beauty of the product, but also its extraordinary details and advanced technical solutions.
Ekstrakt was responsible for the creative production of 3D animation:
- Creating the look and feel and inspiring moodboards that captured the spirit of both retro and modernity
- Developing a design language (look development) defining the visual style
- Preparing animatics – animation sketches showing movement and pacing
- Look development – final refinement of lighting and color palette
- Motion design – animating product elements with attention to precision and fluidity
- Post-production – adding effects, final corrections, and preparing the material for communication
- We managed the entire process so that the animation reflected the unique character of the product and encouraged its exploration.

In the hues of the animation, you can see the spirit of the brand — calm, nostalgic aesthetics, but at the same time, modernity and precision.The original soundtrack introduces the viewer to a mood of relaxation, domestic tranquility, and the joy of rediscovering music.The animation uniquely combines classic with modern — shown through blob-like shapes flowing through the product, which ultimately become its symbol, and forms inspired by the contemporary sculptures, giving the animation its unique lightness and dynamism.Thanks to this visual narrative, Fryderyk becomes a synonym of analog relaxation and musical passion at the highest level.
