Working with a client like this is a real challenge – creating an event that goes beyond the typical solutions often seen at other gatherings.
That’s why we approached the Meta Marketing Summit 2025 in an unconventional way, crafting a unique event in Limassol, Cyprus.
When preparing the Meta Marketing Summit 2025, we didn’t follow the usual paths. From choosing the event location to designing the scenography and activations for participants. Using the museum space of Carob Mill in Limassol, we created a unique atmosphere where new technologies were seamlessly integrated into a historic interior.
What exactly were we responsible for?
- Finding the location
- Coordinating the entire event before, during, and after (including online)
- Visual identity and overall design of the event, including the main stage scenography
- Technical setup
- Photo and video coverage
- Catering
- Production of side events held in Cyprus
Meta Marketing Summit 2025 was a showcase of unconventional thinking in event design. Our goal was to create a truly unique experience. Based on feedback from Meta and the event participants, we succeeded in achieving it.
